Hi, I'm
Amanda Morton-Senior

I like short timelines with real outcomes. A “Website in a Week” takes an established business from brochureware to a site that books and takes payment in five business days. “Ops Momentum Sprints” remove specific bottlenecks in a week at a time—booking and capacity rules, billing and policies, service pages that convert, post-visit automations, analytics, or team enablement. For leaders who need decisions and governance more than hands-on help, I offer a Strategy Day and a small fractional retainer to keep priorities, vendors, and KPIs on track. Across projects, common results include no-shows down around 40% when deposits and reminders are in place, time-to-cash shortened by days with clearer flows, and weekly admin hours reclaimed through better roles and SOPs.

I value clarity over cleverness: short sentences, plain language, and one primary call to action per section. I prefer fewer tools set up well to sprawling stacks that nobody maintains.

I respect time (yours, your team’s, and your customers’) so I limit meetings, set review windows, and ship on a cadence. I don’t do overbuilt software, brand-new identity systems, or endless retainers with fuzzy scope. If we need deeper brand or custom engineering, I’ll say so and bring the right specialist in; otherwise, we keep it simple and get to “booked and paid” as directly as possible.

My work sits at the point where customer experience meets creative direction and technical operations:

I work alongside the Executive Teams or Owners of established businesses to replace manual, messy journeys with simple systems that book, bill, and retain. Over the past several years I’ve led short, focused programs for clinics, salons and spas, professional services firms, studios, trades, and retail. All of them were organizations that already created value, but would lose time and revenue to phone-tag, unclear customer journeys, and invoices that drift. My background spans strategy, delivery, and team enablement, so I’m comfortable owning the plan, running the build, and staying long enough to make sure the new way sticks.

My approach is calm and disciplined. I start by mapping the journey from demand to booking to payment to fulfillment and quantifying where money leaks out. Then I align offers, pricing, policies, team roles, and KPIs before we touch a pixel. When we build, we choose the lightest stack that meets the goal. I write clear, outcome-first copy, streamline deposits and reminders to reduce no-shows, and keep pages focused so customers move from interest to action in fewer steps. I leave teams with tidy SOPs, Loom walkthroughs, and dashboards that show the numbers leaders actually care about.
